Thank you for contacting Answer ARMY.

All repairs for warranty consideration must be evaluated and completed by an authorized Weed Eater service center. If determined to be warranty the repairs will be completed by the servicing dealer, the servicing dealer will file the necessary claims and the warranty repair work will be completed free of charge to the consumer. If not warranty the dealer should provide an estimate or quote for the required repairs for your approval. Not all service repairs will be warrantable.

The warranty process is to be handled solely by the authorized servicing dealer, the warranty needs to be filed online by the authorized servicing dealer. We do not accept unsolicited repair bills. This would need to be taken up with the authorized servicing dealer.

So I have been taken by one of your authorized servicing dealer? I paid $330.00 to get a trans. fixed on a one month old mower that should be under warrenty. Not happy Dan
