I purchased a chainsaw at Home Depot on January 3, 2013 and registered it on January 4, 2013 to receive the free case that was advertised. I received a confirmation email with the confirmation number: 130104-000563. It's now May 3 and I still don't have my case. It seems that I'm not the only person on this site with this issue.
I have called the number listed, was on hold for 'the next available operator' for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. This happened 3 consecutive times. Will a case be sent to me?

Good luck getting it , I purchased my Poulan Pro from Home Depot in October of 2012 and I still have not received my case. Seems a lot of people have been scammed.
