    Question:
    I have been attempting to register my string trimmer online for two days with no success. Yesterday, the issue was not being able to have the options for Model to populate. Today, I was able to move past the Model step. But, after uploading a .jpg of my receipt and clicking on "Register Product", I am getting: "An error occurred while saving: null". Is your web master aware of these glitches? I really would like to put this issue behind me. And, I don't want to have to go the snail mail route.

      I called in with a separate issue on 3/3/17.  While I had them on the phone, I asked about the online registration, since I'd gotten the same error as you several times.  The customer service rep said there is an issue with the online registration and that our entries didn't get recorded.

      She did register me over the phone and I got a confirmation email.

      Call ... the number I was using is 800-487-5951

      M-F: 8 am to 7 pm Eastern, Saturday: 8 am to 3 pm Eastern
