Zero Turn Mowers

2012 mz5424s leaving grass, especially dandelion chutes like that's its job ever since it was brand new. Dealer says everything's fine. Multiple brand new sets of blades and 3 new spindle assemblies haven't helped and I'm very unhappy but Husqvarna said that as long as there was no defect that they basically don't care. So was hoping someone could tell me something, maybe a stronger tensioner pulley spring, not sure, thanks.
