    Question:
I purchased a zero turn RZ4623 mower last spring. It has 25 hours on it and in the last 5 hours of use it will sometime disengage the blade and then reengage . I have checked the connections on the switch and found them to be properly connected . I have read other customer questions and they are having the same problem . Is this a clutch problem or a switch problem ?

It is very difficult to determine what could be the problem. If the switch is bad, normally it will either work or not work. The problem seems to be either a wiring connection or the electric clutch is bad.

electromagnetic coupling is bad but first chect the 7.5 fuse under the seat and the PTO switch if those are good then it has to be the

electromagnetic coupling which underneth the mower where the shaft goes into a housing then to the drive belt for the blades. I hope this helps cause it took me 3 hours to trouble shoot it.

I also have a RZ4623 with the same problem there seems to be a connection like a product defect.
