Question:
I've had a 560 BTS sitting at an Authorized Repair Center with a bad ignition coil for 10 weeks. Just what is considered a reasonable amount of time? Your warranty clearly states 30 days.
I called phone support opened a ticket with them and was basically told whenever it's done it's done. I've never seen such utter indifference bordering on contempt for the customer in 30 years of professional landscaping. I will NEVER purchase another product made by your company and will tell anyone who will listen to do likewise. Your warranty is worthless. Your word is meaningless.
