    Question:
    Hello,

I wanted to share a concern as less than a year ago I bought a Husqvarna Chainsaw (235) on sale for $249.99 at Canadian Tire. Impressed by the price and the fact that I had previously owned a Husqvarna 351 that had last me about 12 years, I definitely was going to purchase a Husqvarna again.

The Husqvarna 235 chainsaw from Canadian Tire ran pretty good for about 45 minutes of cutting the first time I used it. I put the saw away when I was finished with my project and the next time I went to use the saw, the pulley was seized. I went to Canadian Tire and they exchanged me for a new saw. This one I couldn't get to even start and run properly so I took the saw back for a refund....which they wouldn't do. There was a number on my receipt to call in case of problems which I did, but it wasn't a service number but a parts distributor in Edmononton, Alberta....who couldn't recommend anybody in Whitehorse to service or help me in anyway. Canadian Tire would not help me any further but gave a third saw exchange.....

The third saw I still have at home and can't remember now but don't think it ever really run and I pretty much gave up. Occasionally I try starting it but it never starts, this has been going on for maybe about 6 months now. It leaves me without a functional saw at the moment and having a hard time making another purchase wondering if maybe I can get this fixed....or maybe it will start. I spent $250 dollars on it. It's disappointing, although it is from Canadian Tire it looks and is advertised like a husqvarna, and my experience with previous husqvarna chainsaw and present 924 husqvarna snowblower is quality. I am disappointed and hoping you can help out somehow here, so this isn't a total loss for me. Thank you
