Question:
I have a zero turn mower (RZ4623). After starting the mower and lowering the blades, there is a vibration in the mower deck and the blades will not turn. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Any additional info? Could be the electro??? (pto) not engaging properly. I assume all springs and belts are attached? All pulleys moving freely?
