I have a new 327P5X Pole Saw.
The chain oiler does not seem to be working.
I filled the reservoir and started the unit holding the blade a few inches from the tree trunk looking for a witness of oil
which I could not detect. I turned the top set screw in both directions with no luck. The blade/bar seems to be dry.
The online manual for this unit does not mention how to adjust or troubleshoot this issue.
Can you help sole this issue?
