Chainsaws

I purchased a Poulan Pro chainsaw model PP4218A on 09-02-13 from Home Depot, which indicated it had a promotion to receive a free carrying case. I submitted the requested information online 09-09-13, but have not received any kind of notification or confirmation of the registration/request for the carrying case. What can be done to check into this as it has been 5 weeks since the registration? The serial # of my chainsaw is 12339N201995-1. Thanks for a quick reply.
