    I recently purchased a Poulan chain saw. I follow the instructions in the information, but the starting cord is very difficult to pull and it is very difficult to start. I look forward to your assistance. I need to use my saw, but it is no good to me if I cannot start it. Thank you.

     Thank you for contacting Husqvarna.

    You should take the saw to a local service center and have them look over the saw and see if everything is ok in starter system.
