    On June 8 2015 I purchased a refurbished 224L from an authorized dealer. When I received the trimmer a week later, it was not like any refurbished item I have ever received. It was scraped up, dirty oil was around the oil tank. It had a push mower manual in it and the gas cap was missing. It took a week for the dealer to respond to my request of a gas cap to see if it was working and another week to receive the gas cap. When I added oil and gas the trimmer had a hard time starting up. It smoked and didn't feel like there was a lot of power. The trimmer kept dying. It also started leaking dark oil, even though the oil I put was new. I also realized today that the trimmer guard was missing from the box. The box was also taped up with shipping tape. I think this one was bought the refurbished and put a used one in the box. The dealer sayss they come right from the factory. Is this how Husqvarna refurbished products are?

      Something just doesn't sound right here at all. I would recommend contact Husqvarna Customer Directly at their 800 number.
