    Question:
Can anyone out there help me get my 25r Trimmer started?
    Details:

Hi, I bought an old 25r Trimmer from a local auction and had it tuned up by our local service center. They started it there without a problem but now I can't get it started. I've tried full choke, half choke, pushing the bulb a few times, pushing it a bunch of times, trigger in, trigger out, nothing seems to work. I'm sure I am doing something wrong but I don't know what. I also can't seem to find the owner's manual anywhere so I don't know what the right steps are. Can anyone out there help?

    Hi Scott

Thanks for contacting the AnswerArmy to post your questions.

    COLD ENGINE

    1. Put the stop switch in position "ON".

    2. Press the tickler button (A) while pumping on the

primer pump (B) until fuel comes from the overflow

    pipe (C).

NOTE! When pumping with the primer pump the

tickler button must be pressed in not to overrich

the engine. This could make the engine

    difficult to start.

    3. Put the throttle lever in the start position using the

throttle latch (D) shown in picture.

    4. Put the choke lever (E) in its upper position.

    5. Hold the saw on the ground in a steady position. Pull the

starter slowly until the starter pawls engage. Then pull

sharply but do not pull it out completely.

    6. As soon as the engine starts or ignites, the choke lever

shall be opened, i.e. pressed down.

    7. Press the throttle control to full throttle momentarious-

Iy to disengage the throttle latch.

    WARM ENGINE

Operate as said under cold engine, but without the

    procedure,

Thanks again from the Husqvarna Technical Services Team.
