Leaf Blowers

I just purchased a new 356BT x series leaf blower. The intermediate pipe is missing. Norfolk Power Equip. in Norfolk,Ma. Has just lied thru their teeth on where part is ?? We are or were a very good customer. How do I get this part. it is paid for ?? They have told us so many stories it is sickening. We can demand our cash back and go elsewhere but this is one of your dealers.
