Question:
I purchased a 1830HV last November, there was supposed to be a rebate of $50. I filled out the paperwork and mailed it in over 6 weeks ago, how long does this take? BTW it is impossible to contact anyone by phone though your website and customer service contact for these matters is non existent, which is why I am asking the question here.

Hi Albert,
Bob Doyle here, I too purchased the Husqvarna snowthrower with the $50 rebate. I called the 800 number last Tuesdayand the nice lady stated that the check was processed On January 7th and should post the 9th. So based on my experience I'd say it would take 6 weeks to process and maybe a week to post. I'd be glad to let you know when I receive the check.

Thanks for your reply. After I posted the question here I was able to find a phone number via Google (Husqy CS website was not functioning) and called them late last week. I received exactly the same response as you, approved 1/7 mailed 1/9. So I think they must have batch processed all rebate claims from latter part of 2012 in early Jan. We'll see if it shows up soon.

Hi Albert,
Just an update on the rebate. I received an e-mail letting me know I've met the requirements to receiving the rebate and I should receive the check in the next week or 2. Probably you will receive the e-mail when the check is ready to roll.
