I bought a new Husqvarna 128LD string trimmer a few weeks...escalated

Question:
I bought a new Husqvarna 128LD string trimmer a few weeks ago. Before starting the engine, I removed the spark plug to check the gap and discovered that the factory-installed spark plug was a Champion RCJ-8Y.
The owner's manual included with the trimmer (Manual # 115374327, Rev. 4, 01/31/2011) specifies to use a Champion RCJ-6Y plug. That's a cooler plug by 2 heat ranges.
I called Husqvarna's customer service and was told that their database was showing that RCJ-8Y is the correct plug to use. Could you please explain why there is a discrepancy with the owner's manual and confirm which plug is the correct one? Thank you.
