    Question:
I have a new 14527SB-LS snow thrower and getting no help from my local dealer.
1- the left hand traction drive control lever sticks almost everytime I need to use the blower. My cub Cadet never did this. The dealer said to pour gasoline anti freeze on the cable, which is ridiculous.
2- When I go forward and stop at the garage door and back up, it leves a snow trail about 3 feet long , 3 in wide and 3 inches high right down the middle. So after going forward and backwards 8 times to do the driveway, now I need to shovel these strips. Its as if the augers dont overlap, again My cub Cadet never did this! I have all Husqvarna equipment and never had a mess on my hands like this. I called your voice service and they were not helpful. Hopping you are !

     Hi Dave,

    Thank you for contacting Husqvarna.

There are 3 possible causes - drive cable needs adjustment (see owners manual) worn belt, worn friction wheel

You can find your local dealers using the link provided by typing in your zip code in the box on the upper right hand side of the screen.

The type of issue you have will likely need to be looked at by a servicing dealer please use the link above to locate a Husqvarna service center.

For warranty consideration you should present the unit and your original dated sales receipt to the servicing dealer as well as the problem must be of a warrantable nature (a defect in materials or workmanship), incorrect or old fuel, impact damage, incorrect storage are examples of non warranty. All warranty service must be completed by servicing dealer.

Your local dealer is your best and fastest source of information
