    How do I report that my WE EL-13TNE SERIAL NUMBER 11013SH is defective or has just died. I used it maybe 20 minutes and it quit working. I thought the breaker had blown, but after checking, it was not the breaker it was the string trimmer, it just quit working. How do I return it for repair or replacement, I've only had it since the 27th of April and only used it for the first time yesterday for maybe 20 minutes. The box states not to return it to the place of purchase, so what do I do with it? And how do I get it fixed, or replaced?
