    Any one really looking into this issue. It has been "8 MONTHS" since I bought my lawn mower and i am still waiting for the parts. I should have listened to others who had similar issues with getting their parts. Husqvarna customer service is poor and nobody really has a clue to what is going on. You call the customer service number and they point you here and I am stuck. Is anyone there in your so called "Army" to provide atleast some sort of update on this issue??

    I purchased a new walk-behind mower (HU700L) on 04/24/2012 and was supposed to get my rear side discharge chute within 8 weeks. My product registration confirmation number is 120426-004588. I contacted the customer service in July and they said I should receive it within the next 5 days. I called them again today and they asked me to post a question online. Can someone tell me what is going on? I don't have a way to track my parts and it is very frustrating. It has been over 15 weeks and I need to know if at all I will get my mower part.
