have a RZ4623 mower trying to remove deck pulley blade bolt falls out. parts book says the nut on top of pulley is 9/16 top CNTRLK is that reverse thread
Just tore my deck apart for third time at 20 hours of usage. Right deck pulley nut almost fell off into my hands as it was never torqued properly when mower was assembled. Ruined deck pulley, bearing, and CNTRLK 9/16 nut, which you have probably removed by now. The left deck pulley was torqued so tight that I had to use my air hammer to remove the nut from the cutter housing. $100.00 in parts later, I can assure you the bolt and nut are both traditional right hand thread.
Answer
Please clarify. What are you trying to do? Remove the nut or bolt. Bolt are RH threads. Don't see any notes the that they LH threaded here.
