    Question:
    9/28/2014
    To Husqvarna Service Representative
I purchased a Husqvarna Trimmer2 23L on 5/31/10 for $224 and have had nothing but problems with it. In January of 2011 it would not start and had to have the carburetor replaced. The carburetor was replaced by Rockledge Mower in Florida because it was under warrantee, but I still had to pay $40. I was told the issue was the gas and that I should only use non ethanol gas to prevent this from happening again. So I began using non ethanol gas which cost more than regular gas and I have to drive farther to get it. In Oct 2012 my trimmer again would not start, this time it was leaking fuel and a bad flywheel, costing me $110.19. Now in August of 2014 again my trimmer would not start. I again brought it back to Rockledge mower for repairs, it is the carburetor again and the repairs will be $140. I said no because if have spent more on repairs than I spent on the trimmer in the first place. I still though have to pay the $40 for them to look at it. I have all the receipts for these actions if you would like to see them.
I always thought Husqvarna was the top of the line. That is why I bought it in the first place. I am very disappointed and would like to see if you can compensate me for this trimmer or pay for the repairs. I did everything I was told by changing to the more expensive gas only to be disappointed. I still have faith in your products and know you will do the right thing. Please contact me and let me know what can be done.
    Sincerely
