Snow Blowers

Just used my brand new Husqvarna 11524e snow blower for the first time this evening in approx 10 - 12" of cold (5 degree F) snow, very dry & powdery. I have ran the engine, auger, ect. several times under dry conditions since purchase two months ago with no issues. Once I tried moving snow, the engine seemed to bog down & power out under very little load. Throttle was at 100%, drive speed at slow to medium. This concerns me as I purchased this unit to move what can be much deeper and heavier snow than this.
