brought it back to Coastal Hardware in Maine where I purchased it.they tore it down and fixed it the same day.absolutely great service.one of the gears had no grease on it.since I quit using it right away the gear was not dammaged.they greased it up and no more noise.

Thank you for contacting Answer ARMY.

You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales and service and parts as well as manuals using the link.

      http://www.husqvarna.com/us/homeowner/home/

Your local dealer is your best and fastest source of information.

Husqvarna does not sell any parts direct. You must contact your local Husqvarna Service center for any and all parts and service as well as pricing. Any Husqvarna dealer should be able to order parts as needed.

All units are sold through either national retailers or local dealers and as such they control the retail pricing.

This sounds like smomething you need to get back to the dealer for evaluation and repair.
