Question:
I purchased a Weedeater One mower on-line at Amazon.com a year ago. The transmission malfunctioned and I sent it in for service 2 weeks ago at a service center location I obtained on your web site. The service center is telling me that they still have not received approval for the repairs to be covered by the warranty.
What is delaying approval of the repairs?

Sorry you are having issues with your Weed Eater One mower.
Is the service center an authorized Weed Eater servicing dealer? If so, all they need do is call Technical Services and get an authorization number. The dealer then orders the needed part and repairs your mower.
