Question:
Just tried out my brand new ST121E.
Seems though something isn't right. Am I suppose to have to literally push the snow, like a shovel, only alot more difficult cuz the thrower is heavier than a shovel ?
And at times almost feels like the auger blades are scraping against the asphalt? The thrower was assembled and prep by the dealer.
I got to believe either I am doing something wrong or something is not assembled/set properly. If not, I think I made a mistake purchasing.
