    Question:
I purchased the HU700L from Lowes and the rear drive wheel collapsed under the mower withing 12 hours of use. I have a very typical suburban lot. Can you give me a reason as to why this would happen and what I can do to prevent this in teh future? I returned the mower and purchased the same model. Any ideas?

    Thank you for contacting AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have experienced this problem, I checked on the wheel and it has not been updated. There have been no known issues with the wheel. If the wheel were to fail a second time please contact the local Husqvarna authorized service center so they can inspect the wheel and useage of the mower. It is important that if the mower has a warrantable failure that warranty service be performed. Returning the mower to the retailer may not allow us to get information on a failed part so that we can make improvements.

You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales and service and parts as well as manuals using the link.
