    To whom it may concern,

    My name is Frank Adams I live in Smithville Ms. I am very disappointed with your products. In 2005 I purchased a 48 in cut lawn tractor Polman pro 18 hsp and a rear tine  tiller 7 hsp chain drive. The lawn tractor was junk after 2 seasons the motor locked up service said that because I didn't use it for a season it lock up. The tiller lasted 3 seasons chain drive broke not under the warranty. I then bought a 20in chain saw in 2008 the saw still runs how ever the chain will not stay tight. My wife bought me Ploumen Pro 20" chain saw on 8/28/14 I have used this saw once went to use it the 2nd time could not get the saw to stay running. I took into the Bullock small engine repair  your warranty service center in Booneville Ms 662-728-2547 only to find out that it will not be covered under warranty that the carburetor is clogged up and it will cost me $50.00 dollar. I really don't see why I'm keep buying your product in ten year I  have spent over $3000.00 very unhappy customer.
