No it is not normal but there have been several complaints of these mowers coming out the factory this way. Contact your dealer and see if they can straighten this if you just purchased the mower; otherwise, it can be an expensive fix.
I have the same problem but mine was caused when I slid on a root and hit a tree with the front right tire... I can't find anything on the site to help with parts info, like what that part is actually called!!! I know I can bend the piece back and "fix" it but I want a new part and nothing on this site makes is easy to find this info.

Actually there several parts that could be bent. You the drag links, cross links, and spindle axles. Kinda doubt the cross links are bent though as short as they are.
