    Question:
I have a YTH24V48 riding tractor. I love it. However, this year the smallest incline slows it down. It could have been my weight but I weigh less than last year. Is there a possibility that the spring on the drive belt has loosened and how do I fix this problem?

More likely the drive belt and the v-ilder(s) worn out. I have seen even a new belt to slip if the v-idler is worn out and have the v-belt bottoming out in it.
