Warranty Question
I bought a WE el-13tne trimmer last Saturday and the first time i tried to use it I pressed the trigger and the the spool cover was thrown about 30 feet across the yard and the line tangled around the head. I had to cut the mangled line line in order to get it loose. I cannot find the serial number to register the trimmer.
When I finally got it untangled the automatic feed would not work. I could not even use the manual feed because the line would break after no more than a couple of feet and break off even with the spool and pull back inside the housing. This is a brand new , out of the box trimmer.
The OrderTree site is a joke. Every option I chose said to call back during business hours and there was no email contact available.
The retailer will not replace the product or give a refund.
