Chainsaws

I just bought my PP5020AV about a month ago. I used it once and now the engine wont turn over. I ensured I used the right mixture of oil and gas. The primer bulb, spark plug, rope, and choke mechanisms seem to be in working order. I'm tempted to take it back to the Home Depot where I purchased it, but I would hate to do that if I'm missing something. Any suggestions? I've gone through the online troubleshooting checklist already.
