    Question:
There isn't a shop that can service my chainsaw within 70 miles from my home. I really need to get my chainsaw fixed and it's covered under the manufacturer's and an extended warranty. Can Husqvarna just replace my chainsaw?
    Details:

Good Morning! I am having a very difficult time finding warranty work for my Husqvarna chainsaw. It is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty and I had also purchased an extended warranty through Tractor Supply. Originally when it broke I called Tractor Supply. It took about 3 weeks to finally come to he conclusion that there wasn't anyone in close proximity to do the warranty work. They gave me a claim number originally but after going/calling 3 shops in my area, none of them serviced Husqvarna chain saws. One shop they gave me in San Antonio they said was within 30 miles serviced them, but in fact that shop is over 70 miles from my home. Tractor Supply told me to call Husqvarna, which I did. I called on 3/18/13 and the rep gave me the same phone numbers to contact as Tractor Supply. She said she would open a ticket so that someone could locate someone to service my chain saw, and call me back within 2 business days. No one called me back, and so I called again Thursday. This gentleman gave me the same phone numbers again in Pleasanton. He said he would contact them and get the services on your list off if they no longer did warranty/service work for your equipment. He gave me the same shop in San Antonio called DeWinne, which he said was only 37 miles from me. That isn't true. This shop is more than 70 miles from my home. I have not yet also heard from the escalation team. I have other Husqvarna products as well that I haven't had any trouble with. It just makes me worried that if no one in my area services this equipment. In the future I feel  will need to purchase other brands, due to this inconvenience. I was unaware it would take me more than 3 weeks just to try find someone to fix my chainsaw. The warranty and branding was the reason we purchase Husqvarna. What it would cost in gas and time would cost more than a new chainsaw. What can Husqvarna do in this situation?
