Blowers

We just purchased this Blower, The problem is the blower starts quite easy however after it warms up it won't restart until it cools down for a half hour. I pulled the plug and it is completely dry but no spark. I used to be in small engine repair plus I used to build go cart engines. It acts like the coil gets warm and then opens so it gets no spark.

I called your service number and your people told me to return it as they didn't know what else to do. What kind of answer is this.
