    Question:
My new FB25 will only stay running at half choke. If I slide choke lever to off position blower quits running. Is it ok to use blower like this? Or should I return it for a new one?

Thanks for contacting Husqvarna to post your questions.

If you run the unit continuously on choke it will be over fueling the unit and it will run rough, possibly clog the spark arrestor screen and cause the unit to smoke excessively. It's not designed to run on choke for more that a brief period durring starting and warm up. If that is the only way that the unit will run, it needs to go to an authorized service center for diagnosis to find out why it's only running on choke. From there, depending on what the problem is and the cause of the problem, you could make a determination on weather to have the unit repaired or replaced.

    Thanks again
