    Q1: Why after the registration, Husqvarna Cust. Service...escalated

    Question:
    Q1: Why after the registration, Husqvarna Cust. Service cannot confirm that the registration was made correct and I DID Qualify for the (4 yrs.) extended warranty?

    Q2: Why the Husqvarna Cust. Service cannot locate in their database their registered owners/serial # of their products?

    Q3: Why the same Cust. Service cannot even find on their own website and confirm that this model (3120XP) does qualify for the extended 4 yrs. warranty - this information requested was "above its head"?
    Details:

    The dealer included into the chaisaw box a document 575 49 43-03 W 2012 "Hand Held Warranty Chart 2012 575 49 43-03 IR stating that for "XP" group of products, for Consumers, the warranty is 6 months, and for electrical ignition is 2 yrs. At the same time, www.husqvarna.com was showing a up to 4 yrs. extended warranty.

    I mailed to Husqvarna Registration Center a copy of my invoice, requesting a confirmation that everything was done right and I do qualify for the extended warranty, but I received no answer.

      the same happened for me..... bought a 150BT back pack blower, came home put it together and worked very satisfactory..... went to register online and NOT confirmed YET.......... the site is still searching for the model # 150BT after 10 minutes......

      someone from Husqvarna please email me and confirm my registration,

      Same problem here. I purchased a Husqvarna 455 Rancher 20" and 3 bottles of oil/gas mix and did the registration online (twice now) and have not received any confirmation so I can mail in my product receipt and other info. (yes I checked my spam folder...nada)

       

      Can someone PLEASE validate that my purchase is registered?

      I also registered my 440e chainsaw I just bought today with the 3 quarts of premix fuel to get the 4 yr warranty extension and the page went blank after I uploaded my receipt.  eric.d.altman@gmail.com can someone from Husqvarna please email me and let me know if my extension is registered in their system?
