Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I have a 3 year old Husqvarna HU775H from the 775EX series. It has never picked up the grass clipping very well even when it was new. Now it will only go about 10 feet before I have to empty the clipping as they are just plugging up the "discharge" area. It is the worst mower I have every operated as far as picking up grass. Unless you have an answer or a solution to fix this I will never buy another Husqvarna product.
