    Question:
Disappointed by customer service at husqvarna. I purchased a snow blower in 2009. In 2011 I purchased a drift cutter after a large storm. I haven't had the need for it, so I never installed it. Last week we had 32" of snow so I opened my drift cutter to install it. It was packaged incorrectly and there was only 1 drift cutter bar. I called customer support and spoke with Rick who told me I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do because I "waited too long to open it". I asked to speak to someone else. He transferred me to Van and I waited for 35 minutes on hold. I decided to leave Van a voicemail. No representative has called me back yet (5 days). I paid for a drift cutter kit and didn't receive what I purchased. There is no reason husqvarna shouldn't provide me with the missing drift cutter bar no matter when I purchased or opened the product.

Another 5 days have passed and still no response from Van in customer service.  I'm beginning to think he's not very concerned about customer satisfaction.  Husqvarna...your name was built on quality and customer satisfaction many years ago...that doesn't appear to be a priority at this time.  So disappointed.  Maybe I'll start a #Husqvarna campaign on social media.  All of this over a part that probably cost no more than $5 to manufacture.
