Thank you for doing the right thing. I will say this is more of a comment then a question. I bought a 150BT, after 6 months it started to make a loud rattle noise inside the engine. I took it in to my local Husky dealer and they diagnosed the noise as a wrist pin or something like that. They called Husqvarna and found the machine was to be replaced and not repaired. This, however, was a test of my patience, since the ordeal took almost two months. Not only did they replace my blower, they upgraded it to a 350BT. I have great faith in the Husky brand and will continue to purchace more products. I am very well pleased with Husqvarna doing the right thing.

The 150BT, 150BF, 350BT, 350BF, 2012-10 have a service bulletin, within a certain serial number range, for carburetor and ignition coil replacement for engine pinging.

Where does an owner of a 350BT find out more about the service bulletin? My 350BT, which is about 8 times used from new, won't rev up to full power and has a knocking sound that appears to be coming from the engine. Spark plug replaced, fuel filter very clean - neither fixed the issue. Help?
