    Question:
How do I make a formal complaint to Husqvarna itself? How can you talk to an actual Husqvarna tech for parts that are on the mower, but not in the manual?
    Details:

I purchased a GTH26V52LS tractor in April this year. In May, I wanted to change blade style.

On Apr 26, I contact your representative Charlie Penn, Contact Center Supervisor ServantageDixie Sales
336.375.7500,ext. 8996 by phone to inquired about Husqvarna part number for regular blade and gator mulching blades.

She gave me part number 574870801 for the regular blade. She apologize and said they were not showing a gator blade or a
gator mulching blade that they could order.

Before driving 35 miles to service dealer, I went to a friend of mine who owns a local mower shop. He said Husqvarna did
    offer a gator blade (575240701).

On Apr 30th, I drove to service dealer to get both sets (regular and gator). First, got a set of 574870801 (regular blade). Second, they told me part number Husqvarna part 575240701 (gator blade) had been replaced by Rotary brand part number 15-13367 (gator blade). After I got home and looked at the label, it said Rotary 15-13367 and it replaces Husqvarna part number 574870801 (regular blade) not 575240701 (gator blade). See Attached.

This has me confused. So on Apr 30th I send a picture of the Rotary Blade label to Charlie and asked for clarification.

On May 1st, Charlie answered stating that she did not speak to her tech because he was out of the office today.

On May 9th, I had not received an answer to my email from Apr 30th, so, I emailed Charlie again to say I was still waiting
on an answer. I told her it had been 1 business week already since she told me her tech was not in. I told her I believe it's to late to return this mower due to unsatisfactory customer support. I told her if its going to be this hard to get information or parts, I will have no choice but to contact Husqvana Headquarters and file a complaint.

On the same day, May 9th, I received an email stating again that she apologize but we are not showing a gator blade that we can order and I have given my tech team the task of finding a correct mulch blade.

At this point I was so upset, that I gave up on your representative Charlie. I tried to find a way to talk to Husqvarna directly, but, was unable to. So, I have tried to make due with the regular blade, but it's not doing the job. I have to cut the same path twice in order to get all the grass. This is getting expensive.

To this date, no one has contact me with a correct mulch blade. I have not received an answer or a follow up to my email's. The regular blade are not doing the job. Throughout the period no follow up, I have continue to try to find any kind of mulching blades to fit my mower. According to another Husqvarna service dealer, part number 532411671 is Husqvarna Blade.PNT.Elimin which is a gator mulching blade. The blade look the same as regular blade, orange color, but, part number states it is a 54 in blade.

At this point, I have 60 hours on my mower. I have had the 50 hours service check completed by a another dealer who only show a regular blade for my mower. I am totally unsatisfied with Husqvarna Lawn Mowers, service dealers and contact center representatives. I have 3 service dealers in a 50 mile radius giving different part number for the same blade. Of course, they do not have the blade in stock and would have to order. Twice I have done this and the blades were not what we discussed. I had to take the blade thought because it was a blade not kept in stock. Even if I finally get the right blade, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not see how I can recommend Husqvarna to anyone much less my friends. I am a 23 year Navy veteran with eighty percent service connected disabilities. Deal with the red tape of the VA and Government is easier than finding a correct blade or answer for my mower.

    Sincerely,
    James G herrin

I am in the same boat.  I ordered a GT45 riding mower.  The Podunk dealer said all they do is order and deliver.  It arrived without the brush guard which I had to drive another 30 miles to pick up.  Then the $300 mulch kit arrived and I had to pick that up also.  Wrong mulch kit.  Paid for the tractor, but it took an additional week for them to borrow a trailer to deliver it.  It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting to hear from someone about the mulch kit being ordered.

MY ADIVICE TO ANYONE IS NOT TO BUY HUSQVARNA!  Stick with brands like Sears or John Deere unless you can purchase directly from the factory.  All I wanted to do is be able to cut my 1/2 acre of grass.  Consumer Reports swayed my decision, but I will let them know also about their flawed review.
