Snow Thrower Mod. ST327T Eng. 14100H0531532A does NOT have an air-cleaner. Is this intentional?, if it is, Why??

Most likely it is...How dust devils do you see during and right after a good snow? IE no dust = no need for air filter beside an paper air filter can become soggy with moisture and freeze up blocking the air intake.

That was my guess too. But it might have been some line worker coming in off a bender and forgetting to install the air-cleaner. Do you happen to have a piece of equipment with an LCT Snow Engine?
