String Trimmers

On 9/6/12 I phoned your support dept about the thickness of the trim line for my wheeled Poullan Pro trimmer. At first I was told that .155 was recommened. After further disscusion however, the representitive checked and I could purchase pre-cut line that was .170 or .175, the same trim line that was originaly shipped with my puchase of this trimmer. Well, I did right then and was told it might take a couple weeks to get. I was not given, nor emailed an order number. I paid $24.55 and my name and address are:
