Ken, Yes - It will work, however there is one catch. The Husqvarna 350 chain saw uses a .325 pitch chain only and matching .050 gauge bar, but the Husqvarna 455 and 460 use a changeable either .325 or 3/8 pitch, You will need to make sure the 455 or 460 that you buy is setup for .325 pitch chain, the engine to  bar mounting is the same. I believe the engines drive sprocket is different for the .325, and maybe oiler gear on both the 455 and 460, the standard off the shelf model 455 or 460 is usually set up for a 3/8 drive sprocket which means you will have to buy the extra parts to change it over, or purchase one that is setup for the same .325 pitch. I hope this helps, and is not too confusing. I do recommend If you are going to change a 455 or 460 from a 3/8 pitch to a .325 pitch, to take it to an Authorized Husqvarna Dealer.
