Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I just bought a used husqavarna electric start walk behind model 67522es and it has two wires that go no where one is hot wire from start switch and other is from starter I don't see a relay for the wires am I missing something or do they just stay loose I ordered a battery charger so I can't test the power system or check if it will start from key this was a Mother's Day gift and she can't pull the cord so any help would be appreciated thank you
