I have seen several complaints here of poor welding but this is first image I have seen. I agree that this is a very poor weld. It appears have been only welded on one side and the weld going across the top of deck never fused properly. Depending on the age of your mower I would look into seeing if Husqvarna will cover the re-welding of the bracket if I was you.
Personally everything I get here in my shop is after any warranty have expired so I simply don't the policy on this at a dealer's shop. I would have it re-welded on both sides to stiffen the joint area as much as I can.
As poor welding Husqvarna is not the only one out there that are having with these machine welds. I repair two Cub Cadet decks this year for similar problems.
I an independent shop with no connection with Husqvarna and I am just trying help users here.
I agree it is a very bad weld job, I think my tractor is just a little over two years old not sure, I tried everything to look up when I registered it but can't find it, I'm sure Husqvarna could find it. I'm having it welded tomorrow and going to add extra iron to the sides of this and the other bracket and welded also, Husqvarna is probably tired of me by now anyway, I bought the tractor, paid extra for arm rest, Mulching kit and baggers, I have asked for a hat and all I can find out is it will cost me over 20.00, great way to treat customers.
