    Question:
I just bought the 775EX mower. As I was mowing over some tall grass I accidentally hit a metal rod that was underneath. The mower completely shut off and now I can't get it to restart. I have looked underneath to make sure nothing looked wrong and everything was still in tact. I need some ideas of what to look for on trying to fix it. It has been used twice without problems. Thanks!

    Hi, Autumn

Thanks for contacting the Answer Army to post your questions.

It sounds like you may have either bent the crank or broken the key in the shaft. Either way this is involves a complete engine dis-assembly and we would recommend taking it to an authorized service center to have a professional look at it.

Thanks again from the Husqvarna Technical Services Team.
