These questions are regarding a model 323 string trimmer
1 Does this model have a solid steel, hollow tube or cable shaft?
2 Where is this unit made?
3 Who is the engine manufactured by or what is the brand?
4 Is there a model 323 and a 323L and if so what is the difference?

Details:
I asked the local dealer these questions but either he did not know the answers or his answers were somewhat contrary to what I have found on the internet.
I called your customer support and the lady I talked to did not know any of this information and said there was no one else there at the company who could answer them. I want the answers for me to make a determination to switch to this unit for my business. The customer support person was virtually no help at all and this makes me somewhat skeptical of your customer support.
