i just purchased a husqvarna snow thrower model 12527hv,i cannot control the idle speed,the snow thrower is TOO FAST to control i am not very happy,my selling dealer is TRUE VALUE HARDWARE BY IDEAL IN WALTHAM MASS,and did not offer any help,the snow thrower is useless if i cannot control it,i have owned snow throwers for over 25 years,never seen anything like this,i need the unit repaired or taken back

I am confused with your problem. The idle speed is too fast and the snow thrower cannot be controlled? However, if the selling dealer is unable to repair the unit, you may use any Husqvarna Dealer for warranty work.
