Question:
Issues with 42/48 Collection System. Why does the belt continuely kick off the top pulley?
Details:
I recently changed the belt on my collection system. This is the third belt and the same model of belt I just replaced. No matter what, the belt is kicked off the top pulley on the system, every time I engage the mower blades. Has anyone else have this issue? I have followed the belt routing map over and over again, and have replaced belts before with success. I think I have everything tightened down, but this is a painful thing to troubleshoot. Was hoping someone could get back to me.

Hello Craig,
Sadly, nothing new. I was too busy the rest of the summer to deal with this. I'll probably end up ordering another blower unit and hope for the best. If that works, I'll update the post on what actually solved my issue.
