    Question:
How can you justify charging $40.00 to rush the shipment of a drive cable for my ST 227 P Snow Thrower to a certified Husqvarna Dealer when it at the most might weigh a pound? Cables commonly break--your certified dealership should have them in stock.
    Details:

I own a ST227P Husqvarna Snow Thrower--I live in northern Maine. I purchased the snow thrower at SEARS which was a huge mistake in the first place. Since purchasing the snow thrower I have had a lot of issues with it.  Last year even though it was an extremely mile winter and using it only twice, major parts fell off of it while I used it and jammed in the impeller destroying it.  I took it to my certified dealer which took three weeks to get the parts and fix it only to find out they put the auger in backwards.

This year, I have used it three times and during a storm it just stopped propelling itself.  I quickly pulled off the back plate in found the tension spring on the drive cable snapped. Again I called my certified dealer AUBUCHON Hardware in Belfast, ME and asked they come and get the snow thrower to have it fixed.  After they had to snow thrower for three days I called to get an update on it.  The service manager stated he was just getting around to call and order the cable.  The middle of a winter in Maine and absolutely no sense of urgency on their part to get my snow thrower fixed and back to me.  He said he thought he would have the cable in seven days.  I asked him to ask them to send it priority thinking it wouldn't be more than $20.00.  To my surprise I get the bill and they charged me $40.00 to have the part shipped.  I called and spoke with a representative at Husqvarna today to see it the Certified Husqvarna Dealer was gouging me.  Your customer representative confirm it was Husqvarna that charged the $40.00 charge to ship the part.  Let me just say--I send boxes of food to my son who is stationed in Guam for less than you charge for a cable that weighs probably no more than a pound.  Your gouging your customers shipping parts that commonly break and should be held in stock by a certified dealer.  Honestly-purchasing your product is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.  I owned Husqvarna chainsaws and have not had any problems with them.  This snow thrower unfortunately is a lemon and I am not satisfied with the service of your company at all.  I would bring it back for a full refund if I could!
