Question:
I completed the registration form online, and it says that I am supposed to get a confirmation email. Yes, i checked the spam folder, and NO, it is not there either. I purchased the 3 cans of Husq 2 stroke fuel to add the 2 additonal warrany years, but it says it has to be done online, and that I have to provide receipt proof by electronic or mail.
How long does it take to get the confirmation of registration ?

I've got the same issue/problem. Never received a confirmation email for my registration submitted on 10-15-15.

trying to register my 450 chainsaw and "where bought" field is unresponsive. is there a phone # somewhere on this site to contact a person. i want to register online to qualify for the free 4 years warranty offer instead of by mail for the usual 2 years.
